Refund Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-01

1. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the member area. Cancelling stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the current paid period.

2. Refund window

If you are not satisfied, write to support@tuantang.cn within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that charge, provided the paid features were not substantially used.

3. What is not refundable

• Renewal charges older than 7 days.
• Periods already consumed or heavily used.
• Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.

4. Duplicate or unauthorised charges

Send the order number, the charge date and the last four digits of the payment method. We investigate and refund confirmed duplicates in full.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; the provider's own timeline may add a few days.
